We're got one more month until our new boss comes to town. We've tried to make all the necessary preparations. Strollers, beds, paint, various home furnishings, toys, outfits... he has quite the welcoming party. Look at that belly - doesn't he look ready to blow that popsicle stand?
Any words of wisdom for the new boss, or his assistants?

Tell the boss that having a blow out in his diaper just after you have gotten him dressed for church/family pictures is not as funny as he thinks it is.
Tell him that sleep is not overrated. You may have to repeat on more than one occasion.
Tell the boss that you love him :)
Here are my only wise words:
As the parent, you constantly have choices to make. Almost always, the option that is hardest for you is the one that is best for the kid. Go ahead, make the hard choice. Oh, and take lots of pictures/videos.

good question clyde, i guess it depends on which baby/mom wants it more (like all races).
I don't know if it's up to the mom... Because if it were Mik'L would have pulled him out by now. I think she's just about had enough of the prego stuff- for now.
